Certified Materials: Our boards are crafted using responsibly sourced, certified wood, ensuring a reduced environmental footprint.
Reinvesting in Restoration: A portion of all sales supports rebuilding communities affected by crises, such as current efforts in Gaza.

A Brand Born From Passion and Perseverance

Founded in 2024, Real Life, True Hearts (RLTH) was born out of a vision to revolutionize the skateboarding experience. RLTH is more than just another brand; it embodies relentless ambition and innovation. Joel F., the 14-year-old visionary behind RLTH, spent years balancing schoolwork with intensive research on skateboard dynamics. He studied everything from board construction to aerodynamics and analyzed industry competitors. The first ten months of this year were a whirlwind of meetings with manufacturers, presenting ideas, and countless prototypes—each step refining the perfect board. RLTH now proudly offers four main models, crafted from Canadian hard maple and processed, manufactured, and shipped from Denver, Colorado. This journey is a testament to what one can achieve by following their passion, even at a young age.

Behind the Scenes: Developing RLTH’s First Four Models

Developing RLTH’s initial skateboard models was no easy task. It all started with detailed sketches and concepts that evolved through countless hours of prototyping and testing. Joel F., our founder, spent days discussing specifications with industry experts and local manufacturers to ensure each model met the highest standards. From selecting the type of wood to refining production techniques, every detail was scrutinized. Prototypes were subjected to rigorous testing—from skatepark trials to feedback from seasoned skaters. Each iteration fine-tuned aspects like board width, concave depth, and grip structure. The result? Four unique models that cater to different riding styles, combining top-notch quality with a distinctive design. These boards are more than just products; they are the result of a labor-intensive process aimed at providing skaters with the perfect tool for their passion.
